I definitely think the dragon marked 1 is Nidhogg as well, for the reason Anonymoose stated: very clearly one-eyed. The Benchmark Black Dragon is featured here too, but I have a feeling he (#4 or 5?) is another beast entirely. We won't know until Heavensward probably, but I feel like the Dravanians may be a little more complex than "bad guys" than the Garleans were.

Surprised no one looked up the wyrm names from 11..

Nidhogg / Fafnir / Tiamat / Oryou / Vrtra / Jormungand / not sure about the 7th ones name..

Jormungandr and Midgardsormr are the same dragon, technically, so you'd need two more using XI wyrm names. I, personally, hope they're a little more creative than re-using the same wyrms from XI or gods forbid using the same dragon's name twice!

Looking at the first picture.

Nidhogg appears rather regal in that drawing, and doesn't particularly look like he's getting ready to fight, despite what I presume to be the WoL and Estinien in front of him, along with Iceheart.

I'm more leaning toward the second of those two dragons being Nidhogg based on a few reasons. One, he has the actual scarring on his eyes where the regal white dragon does not. Second, he's blue and would better connect to the "Azure Dragoon." And lastly, when Yoshi was displaying the Collector's Edition box, the inside of the case has a picture of a dragon that looks nearly identical, and he said it was Nidhogg.

I hope they don't waste Shinryu. To many other options considering we have already established travel from the void/rift to Eorzea. Big Shinryu and Omega fight would be awesome. ^^
