Tired of Speed Runs and Impatient Party Members

It seems more often now players are kicked from parties for not knowing every detail of boss fights, and being left behind and berated for watching cut scenes. I love this game, but I hate some of the stuff I’ve seen lately. I'd like to put together a small group of like-minded people on Sargatanas who want to enjoy the game in a friendly and lighthearted way.
We are a lvl 50 PLD and a 50 NIN/50 WHM (ilvl 80ish). Ideally you would be at or near level 50; patient enough to allow other players to watch cut scenes and be OK with making mistakes along the way. Most of all, be respectful toward all other players.
Newbies - please join the Linkshell and allow us to roll out the welcome mat. This really is a great game and it is really easy for a bad encounter with other players to turn you away, and I would really like to help you avoid that.
