    Square Enix Store Error

    Hello,

    So today i been trying to pre-order FF 14 - Heavensward Digital collectors edition for PC. I go to the store i add it to Cart and click "Checkout". Next it sais it is Authenticating or something and the next message i get is "We are unable to process your request at this time. The customer support has already been informed about this situation and will get in touch with you if necessary. (Error ID: 5003)"

    It has been happening all day. Please someone suggest something. I tried to flush my DNS and use different browser and reset my modem and nothing. I want to pre order so i can get earlier access to the game.

    Looks like the site is using 3.0 encryption. Open your internet options (inetcpl.cpl from search/run box), go to the advanced tab and scroll to the bottom of the list. Make sure all the SSL and TLS options are checked.

    There was a recent Windows Update that has altered this setting and is causing odd issues here and there. May be in play here as well.

    I did what you said sir, and still nothing. Everything was checked except for SSL 2.0 and 3.0 so i checked them click accept restarted my browser and same error occurs.

    Also i dont know if it changes anything but this is on EU store.
