The bonus damage to IB seems like a lost cause if it means you have to cut your survivability in half.
Lemuria, look up Xeno's Warrior tanking videos on youtube. He provides a good explanation on stat allocation for tanks. There's a reason why every single end game WAR specs heavily into STR.
