Interesting. I somehow don't think Savage is going to be as bad as some people make it out to be. And if it is, then whatever loot system they haven't announced for it yet, must be really good. Like... really good.

Current Coil+Echo sounds a lot like, "Find the mechanics, and then don't worry about DPS/Healing checks", to me. But the difficulty jump still needs to make sense, right? You can't just have Normal mode be almost faceroll tier, and then have Hard Mode be... literal Savage. It's too big a gap in difficulty and I doubt that's how they'll handle it. Not to mention, Savage Second Coil didn't drop any gear, so there was no possibility of making it any easier on you. For World First type teams, it'll still be just as tough, but for the general public, a few clears on the lower end "Turns" will make checks slightly easier, I think.
