It's been stated before that Alexander Savage will be coil Savage difficult.
The difference is that Alexander Savage will have different drops where coil Savage only had titles.

Alexander normal being of coil with echo difficulty doesn't really mean much considering how many are stuck even on T5 still.
It does however mean that it's very unlikely that Alexander normal will get nerfs/echo.

Hardcore raiders get savage, the rest get normal, and more people will get to enjoy the story behind Alexander.
