I meant in the sense of the mechanics itself, not the number of mechanics. Compare T7 to T10. To sum it in a nutshell, T7 has so much delicate one shot mechanics, I end up paying attention more to the fight mechanics itself than doing my role as either a tank, dps or healer. I feel absolutely no sense of urgency on "This is a dps check and I need to kill XYZ asap" as I would see in FCoB (esp T13 phase 3), at least not to the same degree to my sense of urgency when it comes to team-rope job mechanics.

In the end, I never redid any of the SCoB fights after I cleared t9 because they weren't fun for me. They were not fun pre-nerf, and they're definitely not fun post-nerf. I only enjoyed T9 because of the atmosphere behind it and how it related back to 1.0 and Nael.

In FCoB? The mechanics are not as delicate, but you still had to stay on top of your game with performing the role. The overall outgoing damage pushes healers to their limits without aggroing the shadows/storm as soon as they spawn. Being able to do good DPS makes T12 much more tolerable when you can push for four bennus, and is especially important in T13 phase 3. All of that, and there were still mechanics which strike a good balance between the two.

Most importantly though, the fights in FCoB get progressively easier naturally as you get gear from poetics or when the content gets older, without making changes to the fight itself. Again, look at SCoB,honestly if they did not change the mechanics, echo would've done absolutely nothing to make it more DF-friendly or easier

That's just me though. I simply do not enjoy fights that require so much attentin to one shot-mechanics, I end up playing with the mechanics than playing my class.
