2 fishing holes are now the same

Steps:
1. Travel at 16,20 first, site shows on all fan sites listed as Ceruleum Field. (Has the fish I want to catch listed on fansites)
2. Cast in and after catching first, the location lists itself as Bluefog.
3. Catch a fish for about 10 minutes to make sure I'm just not reading the sites wrong. All fish caught are from the Bluefog listings from various sites.
4. Assume the fan sites must be wrong and move to 24,25.
5. Cast in and notice it says "You cast your line in Bluefog."
6. Continue to catch fish that are listed as Bluefog fish on fan sites. After 30 minutes of fishing at both sites, neither produces any of the fish I was after that are listed on sites to be at Ceruleum Field fishing hole.
7. After checking the fishing log, the site at 16,20 doesn't show that it has been activated. Only the 24,25 site shows activated, and returning to the 16,20 site doesn't activate it and still shows Bluefog as the area that's being fished.
