Steps:
1. Accepted the quest.
2. Done to three of the people and were unable to locate Joellaut.
3. Found Joellaut and there's no Main Quest symbol.
4. Waited since 10/05/2014 for this to be fixed.

I have waited for nearly a year and spent money each time to each if it has been fixed or not. I do hope that you are able to fix this.
