While I cant understand japanese, it was clear from their laughter (especially when they made the hair blond) that they were alluding to Dragon Ball
They are almost too short for me, I picked the tallest miqo'te, I may try them out but even the tallest looks short but I guess if everyone is going to be one then I will still be tallest of the Au Ra.

Maybe the horns are hollow, and somehow collect sounds so that they can hear. Like how sounds move through the ground and walls and such.
Quote from Heavensward website:
"The curved horns and beautifully patterned scales that caracterize the Au Ra oft give rise to speculations that this Hyur-like race native to the Far Eastern continent of Othard are, in fact, the progeny of Dragons. This, however, has long been disputed, with scholars citing several distinct dissimilar roots - the first and foremost being the enhanced hearing and spatial recognition granted bu an Au Ra's cranial projections (traits not attributed to draconian horns), and the second being the gross disproportion in body mass between Auri males and females (again, a trait widely unseen in dragons).

So male Au'Ra will become the second tallest race while the females will be second shortest. It's good news to me altho I do wish the difference between female au'ra and miqote allowed for a little more than just an inch difference (like down to 4' would have been amazing and give more 'competition' vs. lalafells for the small goofy fantasy race).
