It seems Female Au Ra are pretty much the same height as Miqo'te
While Male Au Ra are closer to FemRoegadyn height.

For perspective for those unfamiliar with cm: I'm 5'2" = 62 inches = roughly 157cm. So it looks like the tallest Au Ra girl can be 5'3". That's intense. Where as that max height on the males is 7ft. I'm curious about their min now too.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who isn't all that excited about Au Ra. I wish they were more dragonlike and less Hyur/Miqote. We need more bestial races, not more 90% human races. I find it hard to get hyped for something that isn't all that different from what we already have in my opinion.

I also just don't like the general aesthetic of them. The males look better than the females in my opinion though.

The females should have less of a cutesy/gloomy look and more of a fierce look, or at least a gloomy but intimidating look imo, and should be taller and look less like a stick.

Somewhere between the base height of Midlander and Highlander, maybe Highlander and Elezen.

Edit: And wow...looking at some of the facial options in a link someone just posted, I am even more disappointed. I see some facial options I haven't seen before from Au Ra pics that look almost exactly like options Miqote has.

So I see now! thanks for that, it's nice to see everyone's relative size. No wonder I'm so short in the game world...and will still be short. Haha!

I have a tendency to play human or elf in MMOs that do not have a bestial option that suits my tastes, but always prefer the bestial options if they do. It sucks that everyone apparently has to be pretty and humanlike in this game. Bestial players might be the minority, but they add that little bit of diversity that is much needed imo. All human-like racial choices as the only options in games have grown quite stale to me, and Au Ra isn't helping add any diversity really.

Oh, that's why most of the people think I'm a midlander or they just call me "short". My highlander's height is 5,6 feet. D:

After seeing all these samples, now I'm not sure if I wanna try out the Au Ra race. It's a "cute" race, but I'll play with the Benchmark to see if there's a fierce variation. I wouldn't like to have cute poses neither...
