Did squenix make a mistake by investing too much in graphics and not enough in

I would've went with blade and soul's or even TERA's combat over this point and click malarkey...
But since a big amount of people whined about it, it makes me wonder if people should try to break the mold of mmos anymore these days if almost a large majority are still stuck on point and click, if that's "immersion and depth" in gameplay these days, then we're going to be looking at alot more point and clickery in the future..

Can hardly call spamming 1 every 2 seconds action based gameplay. If we aren't attacking, blocking, evading, judging timings, etc., then it's not action based combat.
