    Cannot Access Characters, Error 2002

    I'm having problems logging into any of my characters today.

    These two images are what I see as soon as I hit 'Start' on the Main Menu





    This has happened 10 times over and over. I don't know what else to do.

    I get this too alot. Even when it does connect I get disconnected shortly afterword. I used to be able to move a bit but now i can do anything but wait for it to disconnect. There nothing wrong on my end.
