Thread: Reckless! Recruiting ambitious players for 3.0 Hardcore Progression Group

A warm welcome, players of Odin!

The Free Company Reckless! is recruiting exceptional players for a hardcore progression group for the upcoming Final Fantasy XIV Expansion Heavensward.
While our FC has a vast majority of German members we're recruiting in both English and German and will hold the Hardcore Raid Group in English if needs be.

We're anticipating to raid at least 5 days a week during progression time with raids lasting between 3 to 5 hours during GMT evening time (anywhere from 19:00 to 02:00 GMT).
Exact raid times will be scheduled once we're coming close to the launch of the expansion but be able to plan ahead of that and know your availabilities as early as possible.

While it's too early to talk about loot as Square Enix has announced changes in the loot system, if nothing too major is changed the Suicide Kings Looting System will take effect.

Our definition of a good player

You want to go the extra mile and do whatever necessary to squeeze the last bit of efficiency out of your class while at the same time looking after your other party members,
making sure that what you do doesn't hinder them to perform to the best of their abilities as well. You cherish safety and put survivability and consistency over a few extra numbers.
You can show stern will and unbreakable concentration but also crack and laugh on a joke every once in a while. While raid content is what keeps your heart racing you also find enjoyment
in just farming other content or hanging around with your fellow teammates once the race to the top has come to a conclusion.

You are at least 18 years old, have a working microphone with which we can clearly understand you (past experiences have shown this is really necessary.) and are fluid with the English language in speech,
understanding German is a plus but absolutely not required of you.

The 8 members of the static will also have to pick one crafting class for the future crafting mastery system that has been hinted towards in Heavensward,
while not absolutely necessary right now you should be looking into preparing your crafting profession for Heavensward a few weeks in advance.

Favourite ingame past-time: Gold Saucer, yeaaah.
Main Focus: Yelling at people to keep their sh.... -cough- I mean motivating the group and maintaining focus during raids.

Kanri Kaenan - Black Mage, Culinarian
Age: 22
Final Coil of Bahamut Cleared on: 27th of December '14
Savage 2nd Coil Turns cleared: T6, T7, T9 (Last updated: 26th March '15)
Favourite ingame past-time: Extreme Primals, Duty Roulette: Trials, running in circles around his house or in Mor Dhona
Main Focus: Spouting Bulls... Forming Strategies, analyzing battles and coordinating the group in battle.
