Frame Drops Despite showing 60?

Make sure you aren't limiting frame rate when the game window is not active. Forget exactly how it is worded but it is a simple check box setting.


Oh and vsynch often only applies to full screen rendering by design. Windowed modes can go full bore without regard to refresh...have seen strange graphic and a/v synch issues in the past with windowed modes. Keep in mind also the game is still running on outdated directx9 against directx 10/11 or higher hardware and OS environment. May simply be more of he usual weirdness at play.
