    I have maxed the company rank but I have no idea what to do with them aside get new equipments when lvling a new job.

    Spend them on Venture coins or if you want to make some gil the various material items and housing items.

    Buy all the vanity items, buy engineering/survival manuals for levelling crafting/gathering , buy loads of ventures for retainers, buy Bombard Cores if you plan on doing the relic quest (need 4 eventually at 20k seals each).

    Buy the items that are 800 seals and tradable. I'm talking about the Hardened Sap and the like. Those should go for a few thousand, maybe upwards of 10k if you're lucky (realistically in the 3-4k range). You can use it or sell it for some quick buck.
