Game Connecting to Wrong IP based on World Selection

Based on the FFXIV Server Status Page

    http://www.arrstatus.com/

and using netstat -o and also viewing through the Windows 7 Resource Monitor, it appears that I am connecting to a world through the wrong IP address.

    On Faerie - I connect through Midgardsormr @ 199.91.189.28

1 Character on Hyperion (Cid Firecrafter) Connects through somewhere @ 199.91.189.43

My Main (Judge Xero) on Hyperion connects through - 199.189.91.41 which is not even a listed World

Potato Potato on Zeromus connects through - 124.150.157.41 - not a listed world.

While I don't suffer from any noticeable Latency, I do suffer from some major Input Lag. So really I just wonder if this is normal for other people of these worlds, or if something is kinda messed up. Thx

They've simply changed up the IP assignments is all(check the Lodestone history.
...infrastructure changes earlier this month). Some infact appear to no longer be in use again.

Those IP's at ARR Status have never painted an accurate picture. They only show one of several addresses that have been found to be used by any given world. We have tracked each world service being hosted on multiple addresses over the past year or so. They are run on clustered servers. No telling exactly how many one world actually uses without gathering a very large sample set of player provided data.

The IP assignments get changed up periodically, nearly every time there has been a major revamp of their server structure. I've seen my connections run on at least 4 unique addresses myself since Beta4 for Midgard, and with the last infrastructure changes they made this month I have flipped back to .31 again, which hasn't been used since somewhere around 2.2 or so.
