If you can do two star NQ you can bypass the artisan and go straight for Supra.

There really isn't much incentive to do so though, because artisan tools are very affordable to get, AND you can desynth most of it later depending on which desynth classes you take.

It'll help out with the manual II token crafts also, so I always get my artisan tools.
