    Failure By SE to Act on Harassment Complaints

    2 days running now, I've turned in harassment complaints through the in game "Contact Us/Harassment complaint" system. Specifically repetitively spammed friend requests by a player named "Ggatm'com Sellgilfabn" on the Adamantoise server that stays permanently logged in.
    The only thing SE does is respond idiotically with the Status Quo statement of -

    "Hello and thank you for your GM call.
    We understand <snipped usual text response> the chat box.
    This is only meant to be a temporary resolution while we investigate, and you can remove them from your blacklist in the future once we have had time to complete our investigative process.
    thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to create a more enjoyable and advertisement free environment in which you can enjoy Final Fantasy XIV.
    FINAL FANTASY XIV Game Master Team"

    Do you think SE actually even reads the reports let alone even in a time manner does anything about harassment?
