No way in hell would I welcome those slow and shoddy animations back. They were frustrating and clunky and the only thing they did was look good, which from a functional point of view doesn't matter.

They can add it to ARR without any problem.. at least out of combat if there is no solution for animation lock & make it an option (on or off).
No running animations = less immersion!

Considering the animation movements currently are not the same compared to 1.0, I wouldn't say it would be added "without any problem". To have movement be totally different outside combat compared to in-combat means a lot of new alterations to however they're doing their current anim trees, which would probably be significant work to re-implement and then to properly test across all types/races of characters.
In terms of immersion, I would much rather them add more to our rather scarce supply of nuanced emotes and persistent facial expressions. I'd personally really like several more sets of persistent expressions that would actually stay on rather than what currently happens where they stay on for maybe 5 seconds and then go back to that flat boring default face. More battle /cpose stances would be desirable as well, other than just the one alt battle pose. And these would be things added directly onto the existing emote system, not something that would demand a total rework of how it functions.

Wish if there is any response from devs about FFXIV 1.0 Running Animations.

It seems you like moving objects instead of a character & you are okay with it? why not make it better? optimized?... think.
If you don't care about it then okay but there is many who care.
PS3 and a weak RAM loading times and such are already pretty suffering when it comes to idleshire or More doughnuts. It'd most likely die if you had to load these sorts of animations on top of the player model. There's part of it that needs optimization, and part of it that needs functionality. Needless to say when it comes to reworking a game from a failure, the later would be more ideal use of their resources.
You should also watch the necro posts if you're gonna just make replies to pick a fight with someone for their opinions instead of a discussion :l

I want to see what a 1.0 Roegadyn White Mage's animation were. That, and generally ever motion they did. I would very much like to see that.

I rather they add it back it and just give everyone a dodge roll. I mean, we have a jump button for the hotbar that honestly serves like near 0 purpose.
I can never understand why people complained 1.0 ran like poop my machine back then was not amazing as I was not as computer savvy but now I am thanks to my fiance but I seriously never had any issues with loading or running the game the only issue i had was it took a little time not much but a little for people/npc's/retainers to pop in... I am well and truelt confused on how the game ran like poop :/
