Heavensward Pre-order issue

hello, I just pre-ordered Heavensward about an hour ago, the money has been taken off of my debit card, but I still do not have the bonus code to redeem. does anyone have a reason why that would be or have a way for me to go about getting my code?

Are you positive you checked the right email/email was spelled correctly? Also, what platform did you pre-order it on?

you're suppose to login to your mogstation, activate the product code
then go to the preorder website, and enter the product code to get your early access code, which then you use back in mogstation to allow early access.

The mog station part can't be performed yet until a later date.

Activating your product code will remove your right of refund.
