    I think it was back in 2.2 or 2.25 SE added more time to the plumes mechanic to make them easier to dodge, it wasn't much, like 0.1 second or something. The fact they even had to do that to begin with tells you how badly the game punishes players that don't live within a couple of hundred miles of the servers, that and the fact the game is coded to do everything server side rather than client side, making aoe markers pointless a lot of the time.

    My fault is not have a first class internet as some priviledged players have. Sorry to bring the bad news, but not all countries are so much developed on internet lines. Yes someone will calls 'lag' to cover poor dodging, but a lot just have to deal with it.
    Im not saying some people dont lag, just that some use it as an excuse when they make mistakes.

    SE seem to have learned from Titan, Levi has alot of dodging but gives you much more time to react and Shiva rather than killing you outright gives vulnerability stacks.
