Question for the devs - Turn 9 Tank Loot, Instance mechanics and Exchange options

I've mentioned that I've tried organizing runs with PF, but NOBODY is interested in doing it

There are people doing both T9 clear and T9 learning parties every day on Excalibur. I highly doubt that out of however many thousands of people are on your server, "NOBODY" is interested in doing it.
