Pre-ordering Heavensward on the NA E-store?

Anyone pre-ordered and have got confirmation already?

This is what is happening to me:

• Pre-order on the NA Square Enix e-store on 17th (last week).
• Immediately got a email and the verification SMS.
• Entered the SMS verification code right away.
• Site tells me to wait for their personnel to validate my order.
• A week has passed and nothing.

I get no validation email (nothing in spam folder) and in the e-Store My Account page, the Orders page shows nothing. Clicking the SMS verification link tells me that I have verified my order and it's awaiting validation.

Anyone who's ordered on the NA e-Store and got past the validation step? How long did it take for you? Did your order show up in the My Accounts page only after the validation?

Validation step? Never heard of this and ordered from their store more then once.

Are you talking about the second code after entering the first one? And the say its the mogstation preorder code available closer to prerelease?

I also never had this when I first ordered A Realm Reborn. Hmmm...this is troubling. I can't even cancel it because it's technically not an order yet.

No. It literally says "please wait for our personnel to validate your order".

that....doesn't sound right, it should have just emailed you a code that you put in at https://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/na. That being said, console still doesn't have their finalized codes, so for me, it still says "pending" on the preorder site.
