    When will the PS4 digital Collector's Edition preorders begin?

    You know, because I don't want to pay $20+ extra on shipping to preorder a physical copy just so I can get it in time for early access and then upgrade to CE later.

    And I don't want to pay $100+ for a dragon toy.

    But I would like the preorder bonuses.
