Thank you for your tips and encouraging words. I decided to try the roulette in order to get tomes and entered Castrum Meridianum. I told them I was new, had no gear and no idea how to do the dungeon. They were actually really nice and taught me how to pull etc. Very good experience ^^

3. Run low-level and main scenario (you really don't need an OT in these anymore so as long as you don't get someone as fresh as you, you are good) roulette for sol tomes. I've only done main a few times b/c I was worried about being the better geared tank without any experience, but never ran into that problem. The few times I did do it the group and other tank was very supportive and urged me to tank some of the bosses knowing I wouldn't be able to hold enmity 100% just so I got the feel for them. Also just running low-level over and over gives you more of a handle on working in groups good and bad. If you can learn to hold hate again 130 synced down players with only 2-3 skills you can probably do it higher up.
4. Join a hunt LS for sol tomes and allied seals. I was able to go from ilvl 70 to 100 in 2 days of moderate hunting just from going on hunts. Sometimes when spawns are on a role you can buy one piece of gear after maybe an hour of hunting.
