If you could get rid of one playable race and replace it, what would you choose?

Replace cats. Oh god do I hate cats. It's the only race where I can't hold a fantasia in for more than a week. Hate cats in real life, so cat persons make it 10x worse. Roe a quick second to it.

If no one plays them, then how is this thread the most popular of all the "Show your "race"" threads. I don't mind lala's, heck I even support the thread that asks for Roe's to be able to carry lala's, but if they get to uppity, I have no problem punting some potatoes.

I'd replace Miqo'te, it isn't that I dislike the "animal people" trope, more that cat people in particular seem overdone. Some good races that were already made are Burmecians (IX), Genomes (IX, again), Moogles (Ivalice), Selkie (Crystal Chronicles, add in more wolf traits), and the very popular Viera (Ivalice, again). But, Miqo'te, along with the others are here to stay, so... I guess I'll just keep loving on the kitties I know.

Here's my thing...There should be more races that DON'T look so human.
Mithra actually looked more kitty like, while I don't like those types of bodies...I'd like more stuff in the pot for people to choose from for the people.
Au Ra is cool...but all that different is scale city. They still look like tiny/tall Elezen's...but more prettier/handsome.
XI seemed to have more...different looks...Like I said Mithra did, the Galka things look the same to me, but the Taru actually looked different than the Lalafel.

Give us unique races like; Qu or what Quina Quen is, Burmecians, Yuke...I'd take Viera because of the sometime heel arch, and they have claws.
I would say Gria but they are basically Au ra with wings...I want wings too. ):

@MiniPrinny: I like the Genomes and Selkie, but they still look human...You may as well slap a tail on a Hyur and call it a day. Selkie look no different from a teenage rowdy Hyur.

Also while roe is most likely the least played race, the exact percentages were skewed by rmt bots(most being hyur), vastly inflating players counted for that census. Census showed that total Roe population was around 5%, but if you were to take the rmts out, I wouldn't be surprised to see roes jump up closer to 10%, along with every other race besides hyur getting a nice little bump.

If I were to go by what I see just on Sargatanas, I'd say Miqo'te make up about 35%, Lalafell about 25%, Hyur 20%, Elezen 10% and Roe 10%
