Are you using an EU PSN account?

If I remember correctly, I registered a Singapore PSN account. Is there any way I can countercheck cause it has been ages since I created the account.

The game should be available straight from the PSN Store on your console, not involving any websites at all.

Yup, it should. But it is not offered in Singapore's PS Store.


Anyway, I am hoping some SG player can direct me to where I can get the R2 copy of the game.

I already said in an earlier post why you can't buy it using SG PSN account. Go get an EU PSN account and you should be able to use that EU copy.

Edit: Oh wait. I read wrongly. Your PS4 copy is NA? Then you need an NA PSN account.

Out of curiosity why EU account tho? A lot of folks with EU ARR account are having a hell of a time buying Heavensward from EU store isn't it.

It's just really weird that when the box says right on it that it's usable for "ALL" regions, it's using a different registration code format than is used in some of those regions. There's nothing about the supposedly "NA" version that actually indicates that it is an NA version. In fact, it seems to state pretty clearly that it's not. It's supposed to be an all region version.


You may need to contact SE customer support. Maybe they can puzzle out why it doesn't seem to be working for you.

Yes, you did. But then, someone told me I should get the game through Playstation Store, so I explained why I could not. ^_^

It seems that all SEA countries are converted into EU version as described in this post:

^ this guy said it though. There isn't any conversion at all. Yes, SG isn't listed in the SE Account Management system but if you wanted the NA copy you can just register a NA address. I registered my account using my comgateway address lol.

You seem to not be getting this point. Currently, you have an NA PS4 copy, you need a US PSN account. Even if your friend gets you an EU PS4 copy, you will need a UK PSN account.

Stop trying to register the game using an SG PSN account.

And I reiterate this. REGISTER WITH NA PSN ACCOUNT NOT NA MOGSTATION ACCOUNT.

I apologise if it seems like I ignored the obvious step I should take. I have a UK PSN account where all my games are registered to and I find it a waste if I have to create a US account just for one game. I am also playing the game using a UK account on my PC. I'm just getting the PS4 copy to try out the game on a console. Apologies for leaving this fact out which might have explained a few things.

I'd rather sell off/give away the disc rather than locking it to an account and not play it.
