Link your EU PSN account to your mogstation account. Then register the game through PSN.

Everything is done on the PSN and PS4. You shouldn't be using the mogstation at all.

SE doesn't sell the game to SEA countries so you won't find the game on the SG PSN store. You can't even register a mogstation account under any SEA countries. Don't ask me why SE decided to entirely ignore an entire region and not allow them to buy or register an account properly. There is absolutely no sense in that but they still do it.
