Im a ilvl105 Pally and im trying to get this acheivment to get the War Lion mount. Whats considered a high level dungeon to comp0lete 200 of?

All coils and EX primals will give you credit towards that mount. I'm not too sure if LoTA/ST/WoD gives credit towards that achievement.
Quickest? I suggest T4, Ruda/Ifrit/Levi Ex.

Crystal Tower Raids are not included.

And you're right, spamming T4 is certainly the easiest/fastest way to get the achievement - going at it as a solo player using DF, anyway. And you may get some decent items to sell on the MB while you're at it

Agreed, T4 is the quickest and easiest way + it got a lot of side benefits: Gear (can convert to GC seals or desynth) and allagan mat which you can sell for alot of gil. Queue is instant and alot of people do it.

I don't recommend extreme primals at all using DF, since alot of people still fail and wipe

I just tried T4 again for the first time since... ilevel 100 was the cap for he average player. Dear god has it become lulzy now that a majority of the DPS are at 120-130 XD
