Triple Triad Bug at Indolent Imperial NPC

Steps:
1. Triple Triad game progresses normally until the last card is played
2. When the final card is played, it often will not "flip" a weaker card. This usually happens when Nero tol Scaeva is in the upper right corner, with a +2 ascension bonus. A card such as Frixio that has a +5 ascension bonus should be able to flip Nero tol Scaeva from the bottom according to the math, but it does not work correctly. This has also happened in other ways at the same NPC. One match I played, the NPC played a Garuda card as the final card, which should have flipped one of my cards, but because it was the final card played, it did not work correctly.

Is not a big, Nero at top right with +2 has a total of +10 at bottom, frixio with +5 has +11 however stats cap at +10...so both cards have same stats....can't flip
