I'm waiting until I get my main up to 60, then I will go into coil, overgeared, and walk through it. I just want the story, dont really care about farming gear or whatnot from it. Trying to do this content while its fresh is a breeding ground for negative experiences, I would rather avoid that.

They might level lock it to 50 when 3.0 meaning your Lv60 will be sync back to 50 for it, but I hope not. I really want to complete the entire Coil storyline.

On a side note: it's all really about perspective. When you first start playing this game, you wonder who the hell these god-like individuals are who are actually doing this "Coil/Raid Stuff". And then once you start raiding at this level, it seems like everyone and their mother's pet poodle are doing the same.

I kinda agree with that.

I was surprised that on my server there are only 102 people who cleared t13.
Because... i know around 70-80 people who cleared it... Which is pretty much everyone... oO
(Not that i am best friends forever with most of those, one could say it's actually the opposite lol, but still, i know them)

Also... those numbers show that there are FAR LESS people who got their ADS mounts from 200 wins on Frontlines than people who beat t13.
In most servers there are less people who got the house mount for 100 FL wins than ppl who beat t13...

And I don't see people enraging that it's embarrassing that so few people have ADS/FL horse mount...
It seems the issue is too few people not having Louisoaix (sp) minion, what an heresy!! (Even though more people who have this minion than ADS/FL horse).

Thats something interesting too. the HC crowd sometimes threaten "If there isnt enough for us to do, we will quit then the game will die!" but what is better for keeping the game alive? The player who powers through all content cause "its too easy" then demands more content to satiate them (Evident by the OP that this is a marginal amount of players) or the one, like me, who takes their time and slowly plods through the content, never actually running out of things to do. Which one playes for a longer time?

I'm one of the players who doesn't mind taking his time working on contents, allows me to play the game a tad longer even if I have access to all content.

Though sometimes I like to get some things over and done with especially when you're at it for a long time, you know?

As they said in the reddit thread the OP linked "Critera same as the last time, must be above level 21. Any changes to HP/mount/minion/gear counts character as active.", first tab after server name shows level 21 and above characters and second tab shows "active" people, other points of interest are the story points 2.0クリア and 2.5クリア tabs

Ever consider that being on a JP server you have an advantage compared to NA/EU servers due to the innate lag times.
For example, JP players can generally play ninja better cause they have less lag when it comes to doing mudras.

Hopefully in Heavensward when SE has more money they can improve the servers for NA/EU players.

The people in my life are my top priority. If you feel like you're being used just because the people you play a video game with have higher priorities than you, then you might need to re-assess your own.

I wouldn't expect my spouse to ignore their family and friends for me, why would I expect that from people I play an online game with?
