Another Relic?

I was thinking of doing another Relic quest line probably Summoner but I don't know should I or should I wait till the expansion?

There is little reason to do another. They will be needing the zodiac further soon and the current weapons will be useless come 3.0.

Yoshi comfirmed the 3 new jobs will not get a zodiac like 36 hours ago. Now that doesn't answer your question directly, but it implies that there's no downside in not having one come heavensward. This plus the fact how long it takes to make one and how easy it is to obtain a i130 weapon, I'd say: no, not worth to start a new one from scratch this late.

For me, it's messed up. I started the game as CNJ, but ended up with BRD Relic. I then got WHM Atma, but got in a static that wanted BRD, so I pushed BRD weapon. With the Zodiac quest, I got BRD Zeta while WHM still sit at Atma.

I like BRD, but over time, realized it's not for me. Went back to WHM, but it becomes stressful with later content (healing people who has tunnel vision). I tried other jobs and found NIN works for me. As NIN, people only look for Goad, so I'm that job that's usually unnoticed, and I like it that way.

On topic, NIN has Novus and I will push Zeta. This will be my second and last Zeta. I want it so I can already have a strong weapon come 3.0! I COULD stack Poetics for Ironwork Dagger since I have no plan to gear the other jobs, and I won't be clearing T13 no time soon for Dreadwyrm Dagger, but I'll just stick to what I'm doing.

They will add the new weapon quests in then.

They've stated that ilvl 135 gear will last you a decent way into the expansion, but I still don't think starting a new weapon at this point in time will be worth it. May as well wait.

I would probably just upgrade an Ironworks or Poetic weapon.
