Thread: WHM BiS Gear 2.5

Augmented isn't really worth the gil right now. That money will likely be better off being invested towards whatever new crafted gear comes along with 3.0's new level cap. The only case I would make for it now would be if you were looking to make the step up to a progression FC to be ready for 3.0 and frankly in that case, I'd still only consider the crafted accessories due to the the painful loss of MDEF from using left side crafted.

All in all though, as mentioned elsewhere, BiS for whm is very personal. If I had it my way I'd stack MND>>>DET=PIE>>>Everything else, but with this tier's wonky gear I've ended up with mountains of SS and PIE and not nearly as much DET as I'd like.

Except for the still missing T12 gloves (I still have not seen a single heal drop in T12 all the time), I've finished my personal BiS (see link in sig) for raid healing.

For other content I've set up a second set focussing on spellspeed/det and crit to max out DMG (with that I do actually around 362 DPS on dummy, without buffs, CDs [except water], food or group).

Yes. And T13 is my last turn, I got not finished without ballad. With 4 Ank and no DMG avoid misses it should be doable without ballad. But I've not seen a single run till now that meets these requirements. There was one run that ran well enough, till a dd twistered us into the wall after shakers.

Accuracy capping and 110 mind/vit rightside is the true way of the pro WHM savior.
