Question about platinum TT card

So I've finally gone back to playing TT tournaments for the first time since they implemented the platinum cards awarded for points, plus 45 matches instead of 15.

I just finished all 45 matches, but was curious as to how I exchange points for platinum cards. Does it automatically go in your inventory once tournament ends, or do I get the prizes somewhere? I checked multiple NPCs in the Gold Saucer and none of them have a platinum card option.

When the tournament ends, you talk to the registration NPC like you normally do to collect your rewards. The platinum cards will automatically come with the MGP.
