Old Email has locked my Friends account.

So let me break this down. My friend got a login restriction when he tried to login to Realm Reborn because he was suspected of suspicious activity. I got one too( I only started recently so I'm unsure as to what they based that off of) and I logged into my email and got it squared away immediately.

My friend of the other hand checked all of email accounts and he had not received any emails from Square Enix. He went through all the steps in making sure he would be accepting the emails and there no issues on that front but when he tried to get them manually sent to any of his active email accounts, he continually got the message "There are no Square Enix accounts tied to this email address." So after so thought he determined that the account had to be linked to an email that he no longer remembered.

The issue starts to arise is that since he doesn't know what the email account is, he cant verify his login nor can he file a ticket with the support since they require your active account email. Is there any way for use to get his account back? I really wanted to play with my friend but if hes going to locked out of his account because of something this trivial, I'm gonna be pretty upset.

Any suggestions you guys have would be extremely helpful.
