That's server time, mate. As far as I am aware you can't change it. It is handled by the server internally to help determine things like Day/Night cycles, Reset timers on daily quests and roulettes, and other timed situations that the server handles.
LT = Local Time, which is supposed to be your local time, like the name say.
No, he's very clearly displaying local time.
You should check your systems date/time settings to make sure you have the proper time zone selected, and you didn't just manually adjust your clock.

Actually if it says "[LT]" then that means local time, which means your specific time zone time, if it's set to [ST] then it's server time, and [ET] is Eorzea time. So I'm not sure what's up if you're saying your clock is 3hrs off, b/c it's set on LT so it should be your specific local time zone. /shrug

The in-game Local Time setting uses your computer's own clock (in other words, the clock set in Windows), so I'm wondering if it's because Daylight Saving hasn't been allowed for (or set?) in Windows. I admit I'm grasping at straws here though.![]()
