NIN's strength lies in weaving in oGCDs and mudras into a largely linear rotation... the fact you are completely ignoring all of that means your dps will be incredibly low, even if your delay is almost exactly 2 seconds.

It's like going with a "rotation" of Spinning Edge, Spinning Edge, Spinning Edge, Spinning Edge... there is nothing to stop you doing this, but there's a fair chance you will annoy every party you ever join
