Proabably over posted topic... ability to run the game.

Sorry if this has been answered or is just over posted but I was wondering about somethings. I have heard that, as some or most of you might know, the game is so hard to run because the coding for much of the game was done badly so it takes more for your computer to run it then it should. Is this true? Also if this is true do you think that by the end of all the updating the game will run better cause of the new coding involved in the updates? I would really love to play this game and and I have tried on and off since its release( I bought the collectors edition cause I was so excited for it). I do plan on upgrading my computer either way but was just wondering if in some strange way there is something I can do now to make it run better other then reducing the graphics to a smudge lol.

Again sorry if this is over posted and sorry if this might be the wrong section.

Whether or not the coding is done badly is really anyone's guess. "Code rot" does occur in every piece of software on this planet. I would say that a good number of people who make this claim, has never ever programmed before. Take this with a lot of salt.

System requirements is somewhat heavy, true...

The game offloads everything it could to the GPU - 100% GPU usage is good, assuming all that 100% is put towards useful work. People view this as an OMFG for no good reason. Put it this way, if your GPU isn't 100% utilized, then whats not used is wasted.

The game is rather overzealous at controlling memory usage system-side. This can use some improvements to better make use of available resources.

Game is still DX9-based, so DX10, DX11 cards are not fully utilized for some features.

Put it on a SSD and get a Geforce 470 or later card (ATI equivalent...etc). Turn off Ambient Occlusion, Depth of Field and Windows Aero to reduce the GPU workload if you wish. Every other setting can be maxed out pretty much.

RAM > 2Gb is useless to this game at the moment, so get extra RAM only for multi-tasking and stuff.
