Huton duration being changed to 20s in patch 2.56?

Hello, someone told me that SE is trying to fix how OP NINs are compared to the other DPS classes by making it so Huton now only lasts 20 seconds in patch 2.56. What do you guys think of this?

im just wondering why it isnt top dps in the first place I mean... Ability to jump extremely high with a spear, vs someone with knuckle weapons... hmm
