    A relic Rebo- I mean ... A relic Heavensward

    Getting a relic and upgrading it takes long time and effort (farming)

    So is there going to be a shortcut when new expansion is coming? or reduced item needed or prices?

    this, this could mean a 3rd vanity only weapon (in similar respects as the kirin mount) a title for having both, or a one time achievement i wouldn't get your hopes up for anything more then that.

    Also, new jobs won't have relics under the current system at all, so it's a fairly safe bet there'll be a whole new quest chain that doesn't require a Zeta to start off (but may possibly let you skip ahead a bit if you do have one).

    I personally found this out after I had went out and gotten myself 12 new Atmas and 75 Alexandrite for a possible Astro relic...

    Remember how we used the Relic weapon as a catalyst for the Zodiac weapon? Yeah it'll probably be something like that.
    Only this time the "go out and gather stuff" won't be a joke, but an option.
