    13001 The lobby server connection has encountered an error. Error Code: 3102.

    Anyone else still getting this error right now? most people in my LS are now connecting to the server fine but 3 of us are stuck with this error constantly after selecting our characters.

    Makes no sense why we would be still getting this error when most people seem to have no problems connecting now.

    I am still having this error even after they posted that they fixed the log in errors

    I've been getting this same error for the past 3 hours, even after Square-Enix posted that they had "fixed" the log-in issues.

    I sent a GM message from an alternate account asking for assistance but they directed me with an automated message to the Square-Enix support center.

    I don't really see what the support center could do for me what a GM in-game could not.

    According to the chat on some forums, the Error Code: 3102 is related to your character still being logged into the game.
    Normally after 5-10 minutes it automatically kicks you out and you can then relog back into the game.

    However, in extreme cases the character does not disconnect even though the player is no longer present in the game.

    From the horror stories I have read on some blogs, it took emergency maintenance to fix the problem, with some people having no access to their characters for days or weeks.

    Square-Enix, please fix this by either forcing the characters still logged into the game to log out or with maintenance.

    I'm in the same exact boat..I got d/ced in the middle of town...and I've been trying to log in for 5 hours.

    If that is true Kittra and it does make alot of sense than i really hope SE read this and do some restarts on the server to fix this, i don't really want to be unable to play for an entire week because of a broken log out process .

    omg days and weeks this is the problem im having bad i got on after patch did few of the dungeon quest well got 1 done to go and enter then dced and cant get back on getting 13001 and 3002 error cant get in at all but called them they said im first to call with the problem are u all having problems still

    you and me both i will screw they there contact number was helpfull enough but at first they made me feel like it was my systembut clealy not as got someone else to log in under it same error

    It's not character specific because I have the error regardless of which character I try to log into, and regardless of which server.

    I was in and playing 10 minutes ago. I ran across a bridge in Limsa, and it threw me out with the error. Then, I was able to get back in, and ran across the bridge again and it died in the exact same spot. Now, I can't get in at all on any character.

    yeah well ive had it since 5 am i called support the 2nd guy was ok tried everything even tried deleating my toon and he would revover it to kinda drop me from sever cant even do that gives game server error, also tried adding a new service to account and trying to log in with that on same server and other ones still no joy at all and even when some one else try's to log inn with my account get the same message
