    for tpg user go to command prompt and do "tracert http://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/" and wait to 30 * * * trace complete. and send it to helpdesk@tpg.com.au with your User name and tell them you can't login FF14

    Hi everyone. My Wife & I share in your pain. Australian TPG users here...

    I just got off the phone to TPG & after a 23 minute call confirming I had checked everything possible at my end I was told to send a screenshot of my results for:

    ping frontier.ffxiv.com
    tracert frontier.ffxiv.com
    ping 124.150.157.190
    tracert 124.150.157.190

    to:
    adsl_engineers@tpg.com.au

    Since this was a different address than the one above, I thought it might be helpful too. I'm told it will "go straight to them to check their side since mine is not the problem".

    If I do get a call back in 24 hours as they say, I'll be sure to post an update below. Hopefully this gets resolved soon!

    TPG user here as well. Just managed to log into the forums and the launcher is working fine so check to see if all is good on your end as well.

    Big thanks to all that called and wrote to Square and TPG to let them know of the issue.
