LOGIN ERROR: "A system error has occurred: -2146697208"

Hello, another victim here. I have done all of the above suggestions with no success. I too had to log onto my phone to be able to write this post. Last night I had zero issues with being able to log on.

That -2146697211 error converts to a hex value of 0xC008005, which states the server wasn't found.

Possibly something is knackered up with your ISP's DNS or their routing to Ormuco-Canada/SE-Japan. Can try pinging the addresses by DNS name and IP to see if one hits and not the other. If it finds it by IP and not name, you MIGHT be able to get it working again by changing DNS to google's or maybe an OpenDNS server. If you can't ping it by either address, then there is either a security issue at play, or something has gone down with the routing they've assigned you to get to SE's ISP's in Canada/Japan.

The DNS name for the server is frontier.ffxiv.com, and the IP is 124.150.157.190
