Vote kick penalty

Now guys I'm honestly getting tired of this, I think we should get penalty to people already who being kicked from party. It's very annoying to see people who just afk until the end doing nothing. I'm one of those who refuse to waste vote kick for someone who's asking cause I'm saving it for real douches.

We get 30min penalty if we leave instance. What if it was changed to 15 mins (or something?) and those who are vote kicked, get the 30min penalty?

let's say you're waiting in dps queue for 20 minutes and get 3 other guys who all queued together. they wait 5 minutes and vote kick you for laughs.

So trade one form of abuse for another? Seriously, people, think about your ideas. All this would do is make people complain even MORE about being kicked and waste the GM's times with a ton of reports about being unfairly kicked. The obvious solution is to not allow someone who was kicked to requeue into the same group. So many games do this, yet I cannot fathom why this game can't get that part done.

Can't always think, this is idea. Idea that doesn't have to be the excatly like I said.

Plus I for one want to throw ideas out there to see what other people think about it and hopefully make it even better idea.

However, they should definitely make if so if the kicked person re-queues, they don't end up in the same party. I had a party once where the tank wasn't wearing an oath, pulling everything, and belting out Rick Roll lyrics. And we kicked him 3 times just to have him re-queue and end up in our party again. We ended up having to disband because we all used our vote kicks on him.

For situations like these, get the party leader to not replenish ranks for a few minutes. The tank in your story only gets three withdrawls trying to re-find your party until he's forced to wait 30 minutes.

We waited a few minutes before we looked for a tank after he rejoined the first time. We still got him all three times.

It was just some really bad luck, I think. I've seen the same player come back once, but never three times in a row.

You can only vote kick (I think it might even be initiate the vote kick) every 4 hours. I highly doubt anyone would do it 10 times a day, lol.
