    Expansion Problems...

    Trying to buy the "Heavensward" expansion through the Square-Enix store and im getting this error when i click the checkout button..

    INFORMATION
    We are unable to process your request at this time. The customer support has already been informed about this situation and will get in touch with you if necessary. (Error ID: 5003)

    This is kinda annoying me since i have no idea why i cant buy it. ive been trying on and off during the week to see if it was fixed and it hasnt been. If anyone has any idea as to why this is the case i would be very appreciative.

    internal server error---often along the lines of service not available/not found or authentication failed.

    Either something is hosed with SE's link to the payment processor, or the payment processor is having issues.

    Edit:
    Afterthought. Could be an SSL issue. That bug in the last round of Windows Updates that reset SSL settings might be biting people in the arse here as well. Open your internet options (inetcpl.cpl from the run/search box) and go to the Advanced tab, then scroll to the bottom of the list. If any of the SSL and TLS options are unchecked, check them and apply the changes. Close and reopen your browsers to make sure it picks up the changes.

    Tried that, only 2.0 SSL was unticked, ticked it, closed and reopened browser, nothing different, won't go passed the payment options screen.

    EDIT: I Figured out my problem, Its was AD-blocker!!! I went to options in firefox and disabled it for that page.
