Missing/Stolen/Lost Omnilex Scroll

I not sure if this is where I post my problem but I will try anyway. I have been offline sense I believe the end of February and just got back on yesterday(4/16/15) I was going to look at my relic scroll cause last time I checked I was only 4 lvl4 Materia away from completion. I chose to lvl up Determination and Savage Aim. When I went looking for my scroll I could not find it anywhere. I had a player link an Omnilex scroll so I could get a search in my inventories just in case I was just not seeing it and the search came back negative that it was not in any of my inventories including my retainers. I have spent months, over 3 million Gil, spiritbonding, treasture hunting, hunting, collecting Alexandrite to get that relic scroll where is was at and it is just gone only thing left is the empty slot in my inventory of where it was. Please I am begging is there anyway you guys can help me? If you guys need more proof I have players that can contest to me spiritbonding, making me items to spiritbond with and having collecting all 75 Alexandrite. I am so devastated right now that I cannot fine this item. Please help

I would send in a ticket with your issue to see if they could help you. This may cost your one time restore so be warn about that before doing so. It may take them a while to do so they be have to reset your character during the time you had said item. So that could be weeks of not playing because anything you do would be reset.

This is just a few thing that could happen when doing your one time restore of the item. So go ahead and talk to them and see what they say and make sure to ask all the question on what going to happen and all that good stuff.

tbh i would hold on using up your one time restore on your scroll. Seeing how 3.1 patch would release a new set of relic quest allowing everyone who start in 3.0 and old 2.0 players a chance at a new relic storyline/quest. There not much info only that he may allow us to turn in our old wep for a reward for the new relic quest-line.

I understand you use a lot of time/gil to do this scroll but with a new relic coming out i would hold on wasting that one time restore and save it for something bigger like if your account get hack or you lose your char.

been trying to /tell you but you not on when i am we are in the same world. But ya it seem like a waste to use it up with the new relic quest coming up. At least from what yoshi-p said it seem like a new quest line and all that some people got mad like then what was the point of us doing this version lmao.
