I'm having an issue downloading a patch on my PC, it's on wireless so maybe that's the issue but it's downloading at between 0.5 and 0.04 MB/S on the PC and usually doesn't finish and just ends with an error saying it can't download patch.

on my PS4 I don't have the issue it downloads between 3 to 5 mb/s any help? I checked my router and I don't have any port forwarding or anything setup.

My Connection speed is 30mbps on Cable.
