Rowena's Tokens to tomestone exchange?

It's often difficult to find accurate information about this game. I need to convert Rowena's Tokens of Soldiery into Tomestones of Soldiery -- yes, not the other way around; exactly as I stated. Where is the vendor who might do this? I've been all over MD, no luck.

If there's anyone from SE reading this -- you really do need to distinguish between "Rowena's Tokens" and "Rowena's Tokens of Soldiery"; your info panes are very misleading. And the difference between 14 or 15 olive green pixels denoting a wax seal on an envelope icon and the same number of medium gray pixels denoting a different colored wax seal is not enough to say "we did".

Bad news: You can't buy a weapon with 3 rowena tokens of soldiery. you need rowena token earned from primal focus quest. Where you beat the first 3 ex primals.

Good news: You CAN buy a weapon with 10 rowena token of soldiery and unidentified allagan tomestone obtained from syrcus tower.

In my circle we do not even call them 'Rowenas' tokens... we call them 'Soldiery tokens' or 'Poetics tokens'

To put it simply:

1- You use a quest to earn Rowena's Token (Primal Focus: Starting NPC is Laraina in Mor Dhona - Defeat X Garuda, X Titan, X Ifrit)
2- You use Soldiery to purchase Weathered weapons Rowena's Token (Soldiery) (You can not reverse this)
3- You use Poetics to purchase Ironworks weapons Rowena's Token (Poetics) (You can not reverse this)

So at least you know its not a waste.

He knows the difference between the tokens and what they are used for, as he states the difference between the tikens, and your response in no way answers his questions.

On a different note, there is no way to get the soldier back after purchasing the token, it is a one-way conversion. Only thing you can do is get 6 or 9 more, beat t7 or st, and get a weapon and hope they make it desynthable soon
