Quick Question (retainer)

I have been sending my retainer out like a mad man and have yet to get any dyes back. they are ilvl90-100. Is there a specific exploration/hunting you have to do or what? I've searched online but all I see people saying is you have to be ilvl80.

You get dyes from Quick Ventures (as well as furnishings, gear... pretty much anything in game can be gotten out of a quick venture). You get Minions and materials from Explorations. You choose the target for hunting.

Rare dyes like Pure White, Metallic and Pastel are Quick Exploration rewards.

I've gotten some regular dyes from the longer explorations on a few occasions but I'm still building my retainers gathering levels.

I recently geared three retainers to above i100 and have received the jet black, pure white, and pastel green on quick ventures.
